| About U-Hall |
It is never an exaggeration to describe
the University Hall as a "resort" when compared to other
student hostels of the University. Located at No. 144
Pokfulam Road, the University Hall captures Hong Kong's
panoramic sceneries of southwest outlying islands like
Lamma, Cheung Chau and Lantau. At the back of the Castle,
you will find a beautiful water and hill scenery, the
Pokfulam Reservoir and a steep but enjoyable tree-lined
trail leading to the Peak Plaza (the former Lo Chan Ting
or the "Fools' Pavilion").
The scenery around U-Hall is not static. It changes with
seasons, time of the day, morning, evening, but one thing
that does not change it is both lovely and unforgettable. |

|
There can be only one University Hall
and there can be no comparisons with any existing student
hostels in Hong Kong. Located at 144, Pokfulam Road, University
Hall overlooks the Western entrance to the Victoria Harbour.
On a clear day, the view stretches to Lamma, Cheung Chau
and Lantau. Close by is the Pokfulam Reservoir where a
winding and sometimes steep path leads through a forest
reserve all the way up to the Peak.
Those who have been fortunate to reside in University
Hall can attest to the wonderful change in colours of
the surrounding with the change of season. |
